It was such an honor to celebrate our 2024 Cohort of Equity through Development who graduated this year. Many thanks to the team at Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship for sharing your beautiful space!

Equity through Development is purposefully designed to remove barriers and empower women of color to excel in fundraising and development careers.

And we cannot wait to see all that these 12 strong, mission-driven women accomplish as they change the face of philanthropy in Western NY!
